Why product

Consulting taught me to read business systems quickly. Engineering taught me where the rough edges live. Product is the only role where you have to use both, constantly, and at speed. It's the right fit for someone who wants to spend their attention on the messy interface between users, code, and the company that has to pay for both.

What I bring
  • Systems thinking from consulting. Years of configuring enterprise HCM stacks gave me an instinct for how data, workflows, and policy interact, and where products quietly break.
  • 0→1 instincts from a founder run. Bootstrapped a marketplace, did the research, did the GTM, learned which corners are safe to cut and which corners look safe but aren't.
  • Shipped AI agents in production. Recommendation, document generation, conversational. I've made the on-call decisions about accuracy thresholds and fallback flows, not just talked about them.
  • Enterprise SaaS execution. Steady cadence, precise PRDs, async-first stakeholder alignment. The unglamorous work that decides whether a roadmap actually ships.
